Contacting wireless printer

My iPad series4 can no longer print on an HP wireless printer. It worked well at first . Is it the iPad or the printer that needs adjustment and how can I do this ?

Hi, Lisabey! Welcome to iPF!

I hope this will solve your issue:
Double tap the home button to reveal the multitask bar. Delete every app listed there (tap and hold one of them until it wiggles, then tap the minus). Restart your iPad (turn off and on again) and try again to print from your iPad.

If that does not work, turn off your router, iPad, and printer. Turn the router back on, but make sure the iPad and printer stay off. Wait for the router to stabilize, 1-2 minutes at most. Turn the iPad and printer back on, and try printing.
