Contacts from i-phone, convert to outlook and load the contacts on the i-pad

helle everybody,


I Would need help!!!

So i have a I-phone. This I-phone has been synchronize by my Computer.
Now i Would like to put my contacts in a group and add this to the contacts on my i-
The I-pad has been synchronized with a other Computer.
The Problem is that the contacts of my Computer are just in a file. How can i move them in the Outlook?
So every contacts has to be in the Outlook. One by One
