When I lightly touch on Text and tap on Copy, where does it go?

It just buffers it in memory until needed or copied over. Like on your pc/mac.

I remember asking this question! It goes to your clipboard and then you can go elsewhere and hold your finger down, until you see "paste" and then tap that, and whatever you copied will be there!d
