Cut the Rope 2 Game Launched in the App Store for $0.99

The sequel to the popular game Cut the Rope has been released in the App Store, being available for download for a price of $0.99. The original game has been downloaded more than 100 million times and now Cut the Rope 2, an iOS-exclusive sequel, has been launched to follow upon its success.

SWEET! Cut the Rope 2 has arrived! With new characters, fresh gameplay elements, tricky missions, and, of course, Om Nom, candy collecting has never been so fun! In his unexpected adventure, Om Nom breaks out of his box and travels through lush forests, busy cities, junkyards and underground tunnels, all in pursuit of one goal – CANDY! Along the way, he encounters the Nommies, the cutest candy collecting helpers a little green monster could wish for!

The game comes with a few new elements, the most important being the fact that Om Nom, the main character, now roams forests, cities, junkyards and tunnels instead of being trapped inside a box. More than 120 levels, new graphics, updated sounds, and additional characters as well as special hats for Om Nom have been added in the sequel.
