Deleted photos

I have just synced my ipad to my laptop and most of my photos are deleted. Please help!

Hi Keith.... - welcome to the forum! You might want to provide some more information: 1) Have you synced your photos to the same laptop before? ; 2) Have you changed the settings in iTunes for your sync purposes?; and 3) Are your photos still stored on your laptop? Please respond to these questions - iTunes & photo sync can be a real PAIN! Good luck & let us know - Dave
