It would be nice if you got to choose the floor of the reward prepper you get for playing 7 days in a row.

The free code floors are so hard to get all 3 assigned.
 
I have had numerous problems with the game since the upgrade. It takes FOREVER to accept a friend request. I don't like when I open the game it doesn't go straight into the game but advertises all these other games first. The green medical box leading into the tunnels will not disappear even if I have collected all my treats and sometimes I can be walking into the tunnels for minutes before I reach my destination..... I log in every day but it continues to tell me that I need to log in consecutively for 6 days to receive a trained prepper.... I hope these are all glitches that they are currently working on because it can get extremely annoying. You don't know how many times I searched those tunnels thinking I had skipped a gift somewhere. Also I am wondering if it is worth buying the "experts" over just adding a new floor. Supposedly the more trained the preppers are the more gold you get but I am not sure I am seen this... Another thing.... I am shelling out BIG BUCKS for added floors and then they don't really provide much gold after buying them for the amount of time I am spending on a prepper to prep and store them... like on my alarm room it is +60 Gold for a trip wire but it takes an hour to prep. You have no way of seeing what you are actually buying and how much each floor will provide you. I love this game, but I think it can be greatly improved. I also think they are a little stingy with the diamonds...... Right this minute I am trying to go to my friend request and it is taking 5 minutes just to load up.....it never used to do that.... now it is taking me several minutes just to get my bunker coed....Regardless I AM a daily player so PLEASE ADD ME 8e77848

After reading through a couple pages of the thread I am at least glad to know that my husband and I aren't the only ones having serious problems with the game. It is so bad that my husband has given up...and I'm seriously considering it.
 
I bought a bunker and it says BAD LOCK IT ID:-1 and now every prepper I get is an expert for that room but their prepper level is 0, I have already had 9 of them, I have even tried kicking them out but another one like it comes back to replace it. I have contacted G5 for every glitch I have encountered and they have only answered me back one time and that was to ask for screen shots of stuff that was already gone when I lost several floors. I am getting so aggravated at this game but I have bought diamonds and such using iTunes cards I got for my birthday and Christmas so I don't want to give up on something I have so much time and money invested in but I am sick and tired of floors disappearing, friends locking up, etc. Anyone have advice on how to fix this problem?
 
Have to agree with everyone since my last post. I have also had numerous problems since the last upgrade. My tunnel is an endless walk and I may get lucky once a week and collect First Aid Kits. I try to add those that have entered my code and they either never show up or time out, locking them in place. I cant add trainers, times out. Also, as of 3 days ago, trainers stopped showing up at the top of the elevators for the 4 shelters that still need trainers. So SO VERY Frustrated!!! I also have invested money on diamonds in this game, have 11 Million in Gold but will NOT Continue to my 100th Floor until I have all shelters and floors full of workers and all products are in production. I also HATE WITH A PASSION the new Opening Screen which has NO BEARING on the game and there is a link in the menu (where it should be) for all other G5 Games. Since they do not seem to listen to our bug reports, I recommend that EVERYONE Go to iTUNES and leave a 2 STAR Rating and maybe they will get the point.
 
My game also gives me problems since the upgrades. I regularly loose all my friends in the tunnel and can't collect all my boxes because of it. But then a couple of days later they are all back and then disappear again. Also when I go to the requests window I continue to get the same icons of persons I already have in my tunnel. Whenever I click on him my game times out... I now have the whole row of such icons. In the game when I want to move in one of my previously newly acquired friends it will not accept them but I receive a message telling me to go on facebook and get new friends. I also dislike the opening window ...I have to tap over and over before it will start the actual game. I'm affraid PREPPERS is going down in my estimation as fast as my express elevator ... I will not continue to struggle with this game for much longer, wether I have bought diamonds or not. The frustration and stress is just not worth it.
 
Free floors

Has anyone experienced this? After floor 155 it was free tunnel time and I tried to build it but it wouldn't and all it would let me do is build shelters but it just kept doing that and now I have a bunch of shelters but nowhere to put the people as I have built all the free floors and promo floors...I don't wanna buy a bunch of floors if that's all that's left.looks like I may be done with this game...any thoughts?
 
Anyone have all their free floors become locked? ***? Kicked out my preppers and places them in shelters and locked my floors. Weird.
 
Good advice for those who will get a final crash.
If your game will crash and start from the begining (the intro) - logout from facebook immediately after the guy explains how to play, restart the game one more time from the begining (being logged out) and login after the intro to load the game saved before the crash. I didn't do that and the game overwrote my facebook backup, then the only game to load from facebook was the 2 floor game... I'm so frustrated and will not start again until G5 fixes the lags and errors. Have just gave them 1 star in the AppStore...
