I lost all my friends as did my son. What happened??!!

Same thing has happened to me. Only down to LVL 50 and my 24 hours ends in the morning, went on to get all gifts and everyone is frigging GONE!!! Cant add friends, lags/times out. Cant add players to shelters, just keeps spinning. I am really getting frustrated cause it has messed up my routine!!! G5...FIX IT PLEASE!!!

this is probably such a dumb question, but i can't find my code. i can enter other player's codes, and underneath it says, "your bunker code" but there is nothing there. is there another place i can look?
