I know...it felt like that to me too the first time I tried seaweed/firefly combo. What did you switch to?

Just bored and kept trying. Refused to buy one either. Still haven't got sandstorm and have no idea what the 48 hour dragon is, but soooooo excited - we need an update tho badly

I still don't know if I believe the gene thing either. Hope you get the sandstorm soon. Congrats on your 48 hrs! :)

A couple habitats only had one or two as i kept selling what i didnt want Then and only then did I have a little baby sandstorm. Aaaaahhhh. Now to try for the allusive rainbow, sun and moon. thanks

I just discovered that my iPod Touch is still signed in to my old GameCenter account so I still have access to my level 20 Dragonvale game. Although it is not the best format for this game with such a small screen, at least I can continue to breed to get the rare dragons until I can figure out how to get back into that account on my iPad. In the mean time, I've started over on my iPad.

I sure hope that's what they mean. LOL will do whether I like it or not. hahaha
 
So last night I got another 48 hrs! Pretty sure it's a Rainbow. I thought I'd be smart after trying the "gene" thing and took one of the seaweed's I got from trying to get the first Rainbow..leveled it up to 10 and bred it with the firefly that got me the Rainbow until I got another firefly then I leveled that one up. Ok..so here we go. Around try 15 I decided I was going to cap myself at 20 try's. Well I got to 20 and gave up. Wasn't very smart now was it?! hahaha I immediately went back to the so called "gene" dragons I bred in the first place to get the first Rainbow and figured I would cap that at 20 try's. I think it took a little over 24 hrs and bam! Last night I got the 48 hrs again! Yay! It came on try 12. Here is the breakdown of what I got... 1. Poison 2. Flower 3. Swamp 4. Flower 5. Flower 6. Swamp 7. Scorch 8. Poison 9. Firefly 10. Poison 11. Flower 12. Rainbow (I assume) Hope all of my detail helps some. :) Only about 38 hours more and I can start on the sun and moon. That's if I can hold out and not spend the 2 bucks. lol
