I agree, if you take away the challenge of breeding the dragons, the frustration of getting 14 hours trees instead of a clover (my present predicament) you take away the fun from the game.

It'll be a while...took two days to raise enough treats to go from level 17 to 18! Gheesh! It now produces 508 Dragon Coins per minute.

Hahaha me too! Sometimes I've been hearing the music in my sleep!! That's what comes from the frenzy of sleepless nights chasing the LYD! but I've still got the music on I've just got it turned right down - besides I'm not in that much of a frenzy now and am just calmly collecting coins for my 5th island.

It was intended as a gentle chiding. We cheerfully blaze new trails here and we take the time to generously share what we discover. I'm continually gob-smacked by how new arrivals ask about something we just spent a week discussing, including the previous page. It's amazing to me that they don't do a modicum of research.

Plus I'm a little grouchy today - I cleaned the garage yesterday and it was evidently too soon. I have high octane in the tank following the surgery, but it's a very small tank. I'll shut up.

Oops some misunderstanding here, i did not meant to be rude, i was referring to the NEw yorkers in your story, they were unpolite and arrogant.

That is why I have kinda stayed away.. I just got tired of hearing about what the have done with the game. And when they got called out on here by some others just thought they were being ganged up on.. I play this game the best way I can. Yes I buy gems. And It kinda makes me upset the have those that cheat on here telling us how well they are doing..... And then taking the great advise that is given on here and posting it on other cheater web sites.... Just do not think it is right...

Another problem is where do you draw the line. There comes a point where the distinction between cheater and big spender becomes very muddled.

Sorry but i do not agree, a cheater uses fraudulous and not allowed ways to obtain a benefit and the try to make you believe everthing has been done the proper way. The games provides the possibility to acquire benefits in paying them with money, and this absolutely legally.
I do not believe in the myth of big spender, totally irrealistic amounts have been quoted and i do not believe this is true.

She wasn't saying the actions are muddled, she was saying spotting them is muddled. As you move up the list of nearly 5 million players, moving from those that have nothing to those that have everything, there is no clear line whereby everyone below it is legit and everyone above it is a cheater. And if you can't catch and eliminate them all, how do you pick and choose?

You're talking about BIG spender, tens of thousands of dollars. I've done the math. Also, while it might be muddled to us as someone could spend tens of thousands of dollars, it certainly isn't to BFS.

I don't think that's true. My wife's account and mine are both fed by the same Credit Card (not that we use it that much) but we're charged by iTunes. They then pass the money on to BFS, minus they're %, but I don't think there's any correlation between the money BFS receive and who has what in the game. I don't see how they can police 5 million players to find out who's cheating and who's not.

The good news about all this is that none of it really matters. Who cares what people have done what to achieve what? I spend a great deal of my parenting life instilling in my kids that judging others is a waste of time and comparing yourself, what you have and what you've achieved against others is not a path that will lead to happiness. Other people are free to do what they want. Your own race is long enough, and is only against yourself.

I have been playing this game for MONTHS and still do not have a blue fire, sandstorm, rainbow, sun, moon or any of the new specials... What am I doing wrong? I have haunted all the tips and tricks sites, forums ect and still nothing. I am starting to get discouraged. I have tried so name combos and I know luck is involved but I should have had something by now... I have the breeding island, I've tried so many combos. Any suggestions?

Welcome .......are you using the same pair for a while as sometimes you have put in a pair repeatedly before you get anything but if it's not working try switching the order which you put them in to breed then if still nothing move on to a new combo and start again it's all about persistence x x x

Viviane, you completely misunderstood, or at least I have no idea what you're not agreeing with because I agree with you for the most part (to me, Poppy qualifies as a big spender already, and that's totally fine, but I believe there are others spending more than he does). All I'm saying is that if BFS wanted to kick the cheaters out (which I wish they did), then at some point it would be very difficult to decide, based on in-game-numbers and achievements, who did not play fair (I don't want to use the JB word) and who paid a lot of money to get to what they're at. A cheater can be smart enough to always use up their ill-gotten gems and coins and would look no different than somebody with a loose pocket book. At this point a lot of resources would have to be used to find out who did what...and I just can't see BFS doing that.

The point is that it is super easy to spot the obvious cheaters but where's the point where you're not sure and what would BFS do then?

Phibes74 - Collected your party hats yesterday, and I just wanted to say how much I liked your Colosseum Island. The placement of the shrines and the diagonal stripes of coloured pavement were awesome. Love the parallax of the pseudo 3D shown by them and the flags. Nice work.
