Okay, first, on the super-duper breeding island I used sonic+storm and got a 48 and thought "cool". I then popped over to my ordinary, every day cave and used bluefire+crystal and got a second 48 and almost fainted! My husband's reaction (as I was yelling "look what I did) was "yawn" "that's nice dear". Oh well, at least you all appreciate it.

Sorry, I have nothing to add to your post but I'm replying because I didn't want you to think I was ignoring you *grin*
I just havent done much towards the shrines yet as I'm mostly concentrating on getting rares first. I'm pretty sure there are others who will be able to discuss it better when they are around.

Just bored between breeds.. 32 more poisons to go..
Plan to go after rares again when i have the epic island or have level 15 dragons..
Thinking that max dragons will give better chances and its the use of epic island..
But it seems im reading backflip wrong given the majority of the post here.. Hehe..
O well we will see..

Tried for a reindeer with bluefire - plant and was getting flower for about 5 tries.. Then, i switched them as plant - bluefire, guess what?? got reindeer.. tried the same combo the second time, again got a reindeer.. good, atleast i got some new dragons..
Still trying for Rainbow, Sun, Moon and Sandstorm
Any suggessions on combinations to try, friends??

If you are lucky enough to have not one but TWO sandstorm then you can breed them together for 2 hour times to get you both air and earth shrines. Everything else with earth is scary!

I had thought off tht. Been trying to breed a second sandstorm, but the first one was hard enuff oh well. Guess ill just wait... As usual

Does anyone know hoe the game centre ranking works. A week or two ago I was in the 46 (add lots of extra numbers) and now I am in the low 30's . Not too sure how this works. I didn't think you could go backwards

I believe its the total value of ur farm. If u have sold dragons or decorations, ur value will go down. Not 100% sure though. Anyone else got any ideas?

My 48 dragon turns out to be another sun was hoping for a moon. I well, just keep breeding, just keep breeding hehe

Am pretty jealous about all this rares in here. Congrats to all of u and its nice to know/read that its not easy for anyone.
Has someone figured out what u can do, to earn more gems in the colosseum? Sometimes i get 2 and sometimes 5 even with the same dragons in the same events. It would be nice to plan with 5 gems a day especially when u have unreliable friends.

Lol! I get the same reaction from my husband. Too funny! Congrats and wow! 2 in one day with 48 hrs in both islands! :thumbs:

I noticed that too. Are you working on your shrines? I noticed like Brooklyn amoung others went way down. If you are trying for the shrinesband spending a lot of coins that may be it.

I'm not sure about that dar colosseum because I haven't got a gold in a couple weeks.

Congrats on your two reindeer! Sometimes all it takes is to switch them. :thumbs:

I don't know if this will be any help but I used...

Scorch left snow right for sun and moon

Seaweed left firefly right for 2 rainbows

I think was air left and mudd right for sandstorm
