Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

Help!

I am loosing control of my Socialbox.
Can it be like I think it is?

Example:

You have 10 on the list who has given gems to you.
You start giving from the bottom - 6 gems
4 givers stays in the box during the day waiting on their turn to get.
One of them is such a generous person, he/she gives again, before having got from you.
When this happenes, I think the name in the "waiting position" dissapears, and the name goes to the top of the list.

Am I right?

I now have evidence!
Took a screenshot of the Social box this afternoon.
Saw the last persons on the list; those in turn to get gems, if you give from the bottom.

Went in again now.
Several had given gems. (Thanks!)
Among them was the person who in my screenshot, was first in line.
After I had collected his given gems, he was in the last position for getting gems - if I give from the bottom.

Have to change stetegy .... i think.

71 failed attempts now and still no ouroboros dragon or egg is sight. Come on Backflip, what's the go? It should not be this hard. Is anyone else having the same problem or is it just me? One things for sure, when I sell off all those eggs I've collected I will be wealthy but I'm getting close to calling it quits. It's been in the market for weeks now and my egg pedestals tell the story!

When I give gems, I work straight off the friends list, not the list of people who have given me gems. I go in alphabetical order that way. I get through my list in about 4 days or so.



Hi Diz,

Do not remember quite who, but I remember that a lady in this forum, when I in the beginning of my participation had bad luck, wrote something like;
- Leave them for a while a try something else. Perhaps you have better luck when you start again ....

That was a good advice for me ..

I first downloaded and started playing DV on December 1, 2011. I didn't realize there were certain combos to get the limiteds until I found the forums.

I started playing in march '12. I almost missed out on the clover dragon because I hadn't realized it was limited. I sought out the forums when I got a 48 hour while trying to get a storm. I have played the game every day since I downloaded it. I almost stopped playing when I spent more than 300 gems trying for the equinox, and failed to get it. Eventually it reentered the market and I finally got one.

So are you saying its most fair to gift from bottom?

Also, did you see how I noticed not all gems collected are being added to my count? I noticed this when I took someone's advice to collect a gem, close social, open social, collect, etc.

I have been playing since November 2012.

This forum is the best I have come across. Thank you everyone for all your help and friendship. It is wonderful to think that everyone is still enthusiastic.
