Something strange happened this morning, and I am not really sure what

On my playground abjOrn I am not sure I gave a first round of gifts or not.
However - when I went in later there were still 6 gifts to give, but not from Gifts!
I was only able to give them from the friends list.
Jonew, did you get two gems from abjOrn or Olle Vilhelm Göstasson today?

Someone else who had this "problem"?

NB - this is not another bee in my bonnet!
I am quite sure I could only give from friends list!

Hi Olds, I have noticed a difference also. Thank you for daily gift of gems. I received just one from abjorn this morning.

I usually gift at about the same time each morning as it is the first thing I do when I log in and even at the weekend I get up early. One thing I have liked about The DragonVale game is that you don't have to wait a full 24 hours to send a gem each day to someone so if I am playing a n hour later at weekends I can still gift early on Monday mornings before work. But the last 2 mornings since I updated the game only some of my friends who had sent me gifts were highlighted for me to gift them back from the gifts page. I assumed the game had changed and that I had to wait a full 24 hours to send the gifts. I waited and went into the game an hour later and was able to gift those players. From what you have said I wonder if I could have sent them a gem from the full friends list. I will see what happens tomorrow.

WOW, I have just seen the new Seasonal Habitat with my 2 seasonal dragons in it. I think it is so beautiful as orange is my favourite colour.

Now to try for the new Autumn dragon. Good luck everyone.

Hi Peppie,
Yesterday my son (38) and his "computor-friends" had a chat on FB about this IOS. It scared me a bit.
When someone here recommend upgrading, I think it would be a god think to tell which model one uses.
I for example have Ipad II and Iphone 4. It's not to recommend to upgrade on those according to those computorfellows, because it will make you "machines" very slow.
Which model/models do you use Peppie?

I have problems with my AppStore, can't upgrade. Does the new upgrade contain any new stuff? I wish they would have more tasks from the statue with the dragon upone (can't for my life remember its name..).

Thank you wizards, got my first equinox breeding. One more please so I can get back to trying for sapphire before its to late.

Edit: downloaded the new iOS on my iPad 2 and so far not having any problems with it works fast but is different will take getting use too. I think I will wait before I update my iPhone.

Thanks for info on ipad2 updating to ios7. I haven't done it yet. However I did update my iPhone 5 without any problems.

Thanks for the info just tried breeding with blue moon, since I don't have a solstice yet, and got my second one!! So maybe a can finally get a sapphire egg. Wish me luck.

I tried for the Autumn in my ordinary playground. Got the Bluefire and Frostfire up to Lvl 19 and the partners as well. Very expensive.
Result: minus because of speeding up and long fails.

Went to another playground of mine. Used Blazing and Blissard Lvl 15 on both.
Result: a 24 hour - that I can't finding Sandbox.

Can also report I have had big trouble when breeding Autumn and Summer. Only gets summer. Now 3 times. / Edit: 4 times.
