Do you have to reach a certain level in order to breed ice dragon and fire??? Right now I'm level 16 and I have to breed hybrids in Oder to get the fire and ice combination.
 
This game keeps getting better and better. Just placed moon & sun habitats along with the flags. I'm excited to acquire the new dragons tho I still need bluefire, sandstorm, blazing, willow and rainbow. Help...

I'm level 19 and all my dragons are level 10.. I'm just now trying for the first time for a sun as per the suggestion made by Brooklynn...

Try either blue fire + crystal, or sonic + storm for your sun dragon. Both combos got me a sun dragon, and sonic + storm also got me a moon. Only took about 15-20 tries total for all 3. Chances are a LOT higher than rainbow.

I really do believe boost buildings affect it. My fiancé has had so many problems trying to breed, yet I have every dragon. The only difference is the boost buildings. It took her almost 200 tries to get blue fire, I got mine in 3. She tried for 3 weeks to get a sandstorm, I got mine in 12 tries of mud + air. I told her to remove the boosts and she got it in 3 tries. It really does seem to help, but I don't know why.

Haha.. I tried for a firefly and got a scorch XD.. Just keep trying and it will eventually work out. Haha I just got my scorch today I just realized and he's already level ten :) I'm happy now
