E-Mail Trash Can

Can I delete all the contents of the Trash Can at one time or do I have to delete each e-mail?

Nope, you can delete them all at once. When you first open the Trash, at the top right you will see a button labeled "Edit." After you press it, look at the bottom left. There should be a button titled "Delete All." Pressing that button will get rid of all those Trash e-mails.
