Edit rtf or doc file and sync with dropbox

Hello I am looking for an app that will let me edit .rtf or .doc files on my Dropbox account and save the updated file to Dropbox easily. I have tried nocs, plaintext, my text lite, inotepad hd the only one that half way works is inotepad hd but I can't seem to get it to save the edits to dropbox. I am hoping for an app under ten dollars I see a few that might be able but most only do plain text. I need it to keep the formatting of the file. Inotepad hd when it saves local it replaces quotes to ascii which wont work even if it would save to dropbox right.
