I'm working via Zoom with a friend who is self isolating due to the Covid and I have been unable to fix 2 problem she is having, hopefully someone on the forum can help.
1: When she receives an e-mail, eg Amazon and there is a link to track the order, periodically the screen opens in a column instead of the full width. This happens regularly but not all the time. When I try from my I-Pad( I have access to the account, I cant replicate the issue.
2:On the Home screen, when you swipe to the right, you get a series of topics, ie Top Stories, Spotlight, Trending etc. When she clicks on the link, the page doesn't open, just hangs searching for it. There are no problems opening any Webpages via Safari
