Enable multitouch gestures on ios5? (JB)

I have an original iPad, upgraded to ios5 and jailbroken (tethered) using snowbreeze. This JB did not give me an option to enable multitouch gestures during the install. Is there a way I can do it from Cydia?

Unless apple just releases it with an update no, there isnt
