Their website clearly states that you can jailbreak every existing version of IOS 6 for a particular device.

Our advice would always be to put yourself on the latest supported version before jailbreaking. i.e. 6.1. It makes no sense to keep your device on an earlier iteration of 6.x unless you have a specific reason to do so.
