Let's turn to a lighter subject. The Heston Blumenthal Figgy Xmas Pudding.

We microwaved ours per instructions. It was absolutely delicious with a subtle blend of nutty and citrus flavours intermingled with a soft chocolate centre. It was light and absolutely scrummy.

Waitrose are selling of what they have at half price. Guess what we will be up to tomorrow.
