Here's a funny story that you'll definitely enjoy. In the above picture you can see former Apple employee Sam Sung with his business card, work shirt and security pass lanyard, which he auctioned off on eBay for charity. He managed to sold all the other items with his business card remaining the last item.
We can't help but wonder who hired Sam Sung to work for Apple, but he was probably extremely good at his job, or somebody in Apple' HR department just made a big joke. Apple can now boast with the fact that 'SamSung' has worked for them...
The former Apple employee spent three years working in the Pacific Centre iStore in Vancouver and despite sharing his name with Apple’s main rival, he said had a great time working for the company. Sung says he’s donating the entire lot to Children’s Wish, British Columbia and Yukon, a non-profit organisation that grants wishes to sick children. He said the following on his eBay page:
"I hope my old business card will go to another fellow Apple enthusiast with a sense of humour and the desire to help raise some money for a good cause."
At the time of writing this story, Sung has managed to get more than $80, 000 which is a staggering amount, and it looks like somebody was really impressed with the irony of this coincidence. Go ahead and visit his eBay page by following the link from below and let us know what you think of this funny story.
