Face Time

Does anyone know how to deny access to a person using face time I am receiving calls from Face Time and I'd like to know how to stop it. I've looked at the Apple support website but I don't seem to be able to find out how?

There's an app called iBlacklist if you're JB.

Sigh! Not JB I'm afraid. I have however gone into my phone settings and turned of Face Time. Not a solution but a temporary one.
