Facebook and YouTube not loading

Hi all. I am new to the forum and really sorry to ask for help right off the bat. However, my I can't log on to facebook nor can I load YouTube from my ipad. It just stopped. I have tried all I know: reset, reboot, deleted and reinstalled apps,
cleared the cache...everything. I can't even access the Facebook login page from Safari nor will any presaved YouTube
video load from Safari. The YouTube app doesn't work either. Safari works fine for everything else.

Can anybody help?
