Facebook app not working

After I install the Facebook app from the app store and click on the icon, nothing happens. I have deleted and installed the Facebook app numerous times to no avail. Help!

I'm having the same problem too. I've deleted the app and re- installed several times. I can only reach Facebook via safari. Help! Does anyone have a fix?
