Safari is at the top of the list, as always, but it has always been my most used app. A continous use of it usually lasts for 10 hours, which is my normal battery life.Try going to Settings>General>Usage>Battery Usage and check out the list to see if anything is using too much battery.
There should not be any battery drain continuing after you stop watching a streamed video. Does YouTube seem to be using more battery power than it should? You could try deleting, then re-installing the YouTube app to see if that helps.Video playback can decrease battery life right? But only if the video is being played. Is it possible that streaming videos, for example YouTube, cause some sort of after effect that can drain battery life?
