Back in September, Facebook has introduced the ability to edit posts and comments when users were accessing Facebook on the web interface or via its Android app. In October, it has followed up with iPhone and iPod Touch users and now with version 6.7 of its iOS application, iPad users can finally edit posts and comments.
iPad and iPad mini users now have the ability to edit posts on the Facebook iOS app and they just need to tap on a certain post to see all of the changes. This is a very basic feature, but one that allows users to make changes to fix typos or some incorrect information. The release notes for the update state also that icons have expanded to additional languages, but without mentioning which exactly are those.
Version 6.7 also brings some other minor bug fixes. Recently, Facebook has previewed the upcoming revamped Messenger app and according to some leaks from early October, the Graph Search function will soon be coming to the main Facebook app, as well.
