Failure of payment from my Visa Debt card

I am using my visa debt card for the payment of soft wears since last three years . Now suddenly a caution of "Wrong security number" is shown and I am unable to buy or even download the my favourite free Apps for my Ipad. I am using the same card for other transactions elsewhere with out any difficulty. What should I do now. Seeking your help in this regard.

I take it this is for the App Store purchases?

I would contact your country's App Store to make enquires. I know you can do that from iTunes on your PC, not sure the best way from your iPad, maybe via the support pages at apple.com?
