Favourite TV show

samana What do you think of the Big Bang theory....it's my favorite.

I think Niles is brilliant.

I've never watched it before, but now that I'm on my iPad, I think I'll look it up on YouTube. I'll PM you when I have seen some episodes.

Alton Browns old show
Hee-Haw
Peyton Place
and James spader's new effort, The blacklist or blacklist.

Love Alton Brown's old show, watched it every time it was on Food Network when I had cable, also have enjoyed many a Hee Haw in syndication but haven't heard of the other two. Will have to look them up

My favorite, watched Baa Baa Black Sheep from Netflix - using the DVD service, love it, and watching Star Trek Voyager on Netflix on the new Apple Tv love it too. Probably my current all time favorites, followed by Leave It to Beaver and Dick Van Dyke (just started them on Netflix too) seems I should have been born years earlier so I could have enjoyed them at the same time everyone else was.

waiting till 10 When Rake comes on tv...Cable is a pretty stupid expenditure these days but I would sure miss public tele if I was to cut the cord.i can't quite see us both with IPads watching separate programs but it's looking feasible.

Just watched the trailer for 'The Blacklist' and it looks good.

I certainly agree. From the trailer, it seems the FBI has Spader right where he wants them. So to speak. Putting Spader in the red box must mean he tends to frighten. At least he does not eat people, like the last movie I saw about a man in a box.

I love James Spader

I read recently that Net flix accounts for 30% of Internet usage.

At my library, I found a book called "Big Data." A large coffee table kind of read. I was A M A Z E D to learn just how much data we use and what is down the road.

Surely, You Tube must use more. Heck, I watch enough cute cat videos to account for 12% of overall traffic. I do so love the little ones, to be sure.

Read Alton's cookbooks. Part food, part science, part silly humor and 100% Alton.

There were some programmes about Rock 'n' Roll on BBC4 last night. They were brilliant. Quite a few of the band members and singers are still around.

It was superb nostalgic stuff. However I fell asleep after 10.30, so will be visiting the iPlayer to see what I missed + ;)

It's that time of year, and a week's worth of some of our favourite TV programmes will be starting tomorrow.

This afternoon there was a special preview. :)

Those little characters in the second photo have been allowed in for some fun. Just for this year! ;) :)
