Thank goodness OB! Imagine if the fox had eaten it? That poor baby. I saw a picture of it with a bandage on it. I'll go get it.

That poor tyke! But braving up to it very well it appears! I'm no expert, but my first impression looking at that photo is, does that bandage really have to be that big? I mean that little finger somewhere deep down in there? I suppose they know what they are doing.

I thought that but is suppose they don't want him to get to it while it heals. It certainly would be difficult for the little tyke.

We are enjoying another Natural World Series, courtesy of the BBC. It's about penguins. 3 speices of penguin are being filmed by disguised cameras, some of the cameras appear to be remote controlled.

Last night's episode was touching and dramatic.

We are loving it.

Just been introduced to the UK edition of "Life On Mars" on Netflix Canada.

Excellent drama plus superior casting. And Liz White has stolen my heart. ;)

Just mentioned Q in another thread. Here's the YouTube link for an episode where Alex Lifeson and Geddy Lee are interviewed. I think you'll find this interesting, Chris.

There were a couple of very interesting TV programmes about meteorites and their effects on Earth. The programmes were on simultaneously.

BBC2 covered historic hits, including the one which caused the extinction of dinosaurs and other life on earth. Sites of craters were visited - the one on the Yucatan Peninsular in Mexico was fascinating. NASA experiments were discussed, as was the latest meteor over Russia.

Channel 4 concentrated on the Russian meteor and the search for debris.

There was an interesting programme on BBC2 about a super tsunami triggered by volcanic activity in the Canary Isles.

Very interesting and worrisome. Towards the end of the broadcast they stated that this is not a question of if, but when!

I've finally caught up to the rest of the uk watching Broadchurch. Excellent program. Hard to watch being a mum myself though. It looks like they know who did it but I can't help feeling there will be a red herring in there somewhere.
