Favourite TV show

I totally agree, Richard. I didn't watch it this year or Strictly either. I've totally gone off all these shows.

Just finished watching Downton Abbey. A great programme. Well "The Charmer" got caught. :)

Getting caught up in a show called THE BIG C starring Laura Linney. It's very compelling drama / dark comedy. I was hesitant to keep watching because it hits close to home. Glad I gave it a chance.

Totally agree! Well, done Anna! Matthew and Mary finally got together but I'm sure that won't be the end of it. What will happen to Bates? Great drama. It's good to be British.

Top Gear, hell yeah! I got the Xmas one free from the 12 days of Christmas app. Thank you Apple.

Sherlock is my favourite show at the moment. Deep sadness when he died and great joy when he "survived" the fall! Great modern take and I suggest everyone take a look at it. Great acting from Martin Freeman and Benedict Cumberbatch!
I just don't know how to wait another year for the next series. Sigh!

Watching a new show, "Bomb Girls", using the Global TV app in Canada. Meg Tilley starring. I crave retro shows and I think this one may have appeal.

What is it about AA?

It's a drama (Canadian produced series) about women working in a munitions factory during the Second World War. I've only seen the season premiere. The players are a bit stiff but that's normal until they get familiar with each other. It definitely has potential if strong characters emerge.

I'm confused about the forum policy regarding the posting of links so I'll send you a link to a review via PM.

My current favorite TV show is Showtime's Shameless season 2. Just when you thought it couldn't get any crazier they take it further over the top and they are only on the second episode.
