Hi Everyone,
I am trying to upgrade to OS5 and the iPad 2 is frozen during the "Upgrading Firmware" process. THe bar has not moved in over an hour. ITunes bar is still spinning. There is no cancel bar to start over and I am terrified to unplug anything to start over. Apple Tech Support says it is just slow to upload and they are going to call me back in 45 minutes to check to see if it's finished. Anyone else out there have this problem? Thanks
