Flickering white box on screen.Please help!

Hey,i just want to know how to fix this.
I've notice this yesterday while visiting our business website..even when i look at photos on google.
I visit the website/open a photo on google and a white box flickers.
This never happens,untill i upgraded to iOS 6.1.2.Is this a problem of my ipad?
I tried to turn off the auto brightness and try to add more brightness but it didn't work.Any advice? Here's the screenshot btw

That's caused because the website didn't download properly. Close the browser and delete it from the multitasking bar, then open the browser app and try again. I have the same thing happen occasionally and that's what solved it.
