Oh my goodness, Richard!! That looks delish--your kitchen probably smelled so yummy!! What is inside--raisin, choco chips? Whatever it is looks delightful! ;)
 
I'll have one of those too Richard, they do look delicious.

Love the smell of cookies baking....nothing like it.

I used mixed fruit, chopped nuts, caster sugar and golden syrup in oats and plain flour. They are going down well!

Thanks Good Karma. I'm banned from using chocolate, so mixed fruit is my substitute.

The choc chips are in the cupboard waiting to be used, unless I scoff the lot :)

My baby was 14 on Tuesday so choc cake on Tuesday and another one last night.
My sister-in-law is a very talented cook!
Nothing better to do today, Richard. I heard thunder at lunchtime.

It was delicious guys. The top was coffee cake and the bottom was choc with chocolate fingers. Yummy. I feel a bit full now!
