Raja doesn't come out or wake up when shrimp is cooked ~ but if is chicken, watch out!

Yup, Sam is definitely a chicken boy but watch out for end results, he has colonitus so has dried food at all times, where possible.

Well, I had fresh French stick from hubby's bakery with pate for lunch and I'm trying to think of something for tea/dinner. Any suggestions foodies?

Well, I am gonna make a salad with french dressing. Mostly because both happen to be in the fridge and it requires little work, as well as no cooking finess. Washing the salad is all that is required and even I can do that :D

Avocados

I absolutely adore avocados! We used to have an avo tree in our garden and just picked them off the tree. A guava tree and banana trees. South Africa has the perfect weather for them. I had one with vinegar and salt and pepper. My baby Alex has made macaroni and cheese at school so I am going to eat it for tea! Yummy! Love it. Hubby hates it so we didn't get it much!

It's a pork roast that's actually the shoulder and sometimes with the shoulder blade still in it.

No idea why it's called a butt, or why it has to be from Boston.

I put it in the smoker for 12 hours. No sauce, just brined in pickling salt and molasses for 24 hours before, and just dry rub on it before smoking.

Best BBQ I ever had/made.

Sounds great! I love beef roast the best. We had a BBQ last night but it wasn't pleasant outside so landed up indoors to eat it.
