I add some onion soup mix, an egg, worcester sauce (sp?) into the mix to give it some zing. Makes for a good burger---also if I have some blue cheese or white cheddar cheese in the house, might slip a bit in the middle of the patty prior to grilling. Delish.

It's a smoked chicken sausage with cut up bits of apple in it. It's suppose to cut the heat out of the brat since it is spicy! It's really tasty. We have some other ones that is chicken with garlic and spinach mixed. That's really good also!

Has anyone eaten what they believe to be the most bizzare pizza?
Kaykaykay said:Not quite bizarre, but lemon pizza was different. Slices of lemon, skin and all, as a topping. Wasn't terrible, but not what I think of as pizza. It was described as traditional style.
In Asia, have had pizza with octopus, squid, shrimp. Couldn't bring myself to have tuna fish pizza, but have had various combos with corn strewn as topping.

Thanks skimonkey! Do you eat them like brats, or like breakfast sausage?
