We used to watch The Flintstones in the 1960s. My mum found the cartoons hilarious . They still are very funny

I love it when Fred's car tips over loaded down by the takeaway food.

Lol.

I just had a mess of roasted vegetables that were delicious, and I'm more of a carnivore, so it takes a bit to make me consider vegetables delicious. They were roasted and a bit spicy -- crisp green beans, onions, carrots at the edge of crunchy yet cooked, sweet potato slices, olives. Yum. I knocked that back with a blueberry smoothie. Love the cool creaminess as it slides down your throat, especially after a bit of spice.

That's all courtesy of my husband's attempts to get me to eat healthier. Of course, now I will have to find some unhealthy treat to balance things out. (There's Halloween candy by the bagful, and plenty of time to replace what I eat, lol.)
