I have spareribs in marinade sitting in the fridge. I'll roast those later along with some sweet dumpling squash. Will also make some mash potatoes....oh, I also have some sauerkraut I made up earlier this afternoon.

We will have a nice dinner tonight!

It sounds delicious! My mother used to make spareribs and sauerkraut with mashed potatoes. It's one of the things I miss, now that she's gone.

Our Tesco frozen delivery has arrived. Xmas dinner is all tucked up into the freezer. Turkey and leg of lamb. Yum.

I e learnt to order presents, food etc.. Early. I hate the crowds. You must admit people get silly just before the hols. A couple of days off and you'd think there was a shortage of food. Sigh.

me and my colleagues had a great Chicken Canonelli today, it was chicken and ham wrapped in egg, at first i thought it was a tortilla wrap, but it wasn't. it tasted great and it was in a portugese cafe near my workplace. then the reps bought pizza from pizza express, so munched on that too. better go to the gym tomorow lol

i was going to have the soup and it was cold and wet, but when we saw the chicken canoneli as the special of the day we got that. the melted cheese was nice yum yum
