Just making the fixings of Chicken and Rice Casserole.

Something easy to bake in one dish. I doctored it a little with onions, peas, diced celery and red pepper. I also added a few more spices to give it some zip.

Hope everybody enjoys their Sunday dinner!

Zstairlessone...this is what I get for posting first before seeing the previous posts-So sorry!

It was superb! We thoroughly enjoyed it and was cooked just enough where it was still pink in the center of the Tuna Steaks. The Cashmere Wine really rounded off the dinner nicely!

We will be heading over to Alaska for some of that Whipped cream cake that Iriana made shortly!

Iriana's cake looks yummy.

Tonight was Chinese leftovers. There's so much we couldn't finish even over two nights. Now I'm waiting for my chai and more Girl Scout cookies. It'll be a toss up between Thin Mints and Samoas.

Made a couple of these. Still this much left. Please help yourselves. This is layered with fresh strawberries and whipping cream. Not too sweet, but tasty.
