Yup! And when you are married to a bakery farmers Market guy, I have supply of everything not sold on it! We had a BBQ(Braai) today. Lovely smells and just as delish to eat.

I had to have my hubby banned from our local bakery.
Kept bringing home pies vanilla slices and apple cakes.
Kept getting bigger and bigger.

I must say we drove many kilometers at break neck speed in Nice to get back to our favorite cake patisserie before it closed.
Just to have the best Millefleurs in the world
It was very funny ,after running in with one shoe on and one off in our haste not to miss out ,we were told it closed an hour later that day.
The local police even excused the double parking.
Shop was located just outside the wall of saint Paul de Vance
Never been able to eat another as good any where!

That sounds good Loraco. We enjoyed more salad today.

On Thursday a niece and her husband will be with us for lunch. If the weather holds we will use the new BBQ for the first time. Gourmet sausages, spare ribs, jacket potatoes, and beef burgers will be done. Alex, a chef, will be bringing tortilla. For dessert we will make a Summer Pudding with lashings of double cream.

Gosh, it had better not rain!

Summer fruit pudding with clotted cream!. Now you are talking! We have loads of raspberries (Scottish variety Glen Ample). Gorgeous! Loads of jam now! Our fruit and veg is looking great!

Just made a batch if tropical jam.
Pineapple,papaya and passionfruit.
Add extra lime to give it a hit of tang
Kitchen smells wonderful

Just got home from gym. Have some amazing chicken drumsticks ready, prepared prior to workout. Time ti dive in. Yummy.
