Garage band

Ow do you install garage band on a 16gig ipad2? I have seen the display models at best buy with it installed..I tried to load it but it said garage band needs 20 gigs of space then it quit. So what's up here,is there a version for the 16 gig? Little help for a newbie...thanks all

That's strange as according to the App Store it is 501mb.

Are you trying to download over 3G as there is a 20mb limit so you need to be using wifi to download this app.

Garage Band is 501mb and sounds like you don't have enough memory to install the app.

Thanks all. I was using my Verizon connection , I will use my wifi connection when I get home and try to download it...

That sounds like the problem......you should be fine once you get a wifi connection.
