Gardening!

Great success! I have to say you have a lovely home and garden! My garden however is a lot more crowded and more cottagey.

Oh, dear, is that the 4.3.3 update? I've heard on another thread of the problems created. I'm usually quick to update but it didn't look very important. Thank god I was slow. I take it you were in website or app? In the app, there is an attachments button and you press it and it takes you to an add attachment button and then you upload photo from iPad.

This is my Exmoor in the snow! Outside our house.

I had to look up Exmoor ponies. I never heard of them. How many horses do you have?

Here are several more. I'll try not to get carried away here.

Thank you and the cosy cottage look will be our intent as well. Our limitation is that we have to allow a large open space for the septic field so were kind of stuck to the periphery but now that we are retired well probably concentrate on filling in toward the center a little as well.

Sorry, it took a little time to take photos with iPhone, email to iPad and attach. This is what happens when you buy too many perennials and they grow. This was a grass garden with few plants. It is lovely in summer because it is shadier.

I must find out why my photos come out upside down and sideways. They start off right

Not sure this will work, since I have never posted a pict in a thread.
If it does, will send a few more of the walled garden in Ayrshire.

Hmmm guess the pict didn't transfer although it said it was uploaded and as an attachment.

Did you use the app or website because I've just downloaded mine a few minutes ago using the app? Williebye had same problem and he did a reset where you press both top and home buttons until it closes and then repeat until apple logo. For some reason, the recent app update did something. Just a thought. Let me know how you get on

Just before I left I planted up all 15 hanging baskets and all the window boxes. I know it is a bit early but I need the garden looking full and lovely for a mid-July function. While in Canada now I'm praying they are able to survive without watering. No annuals planted in the ground yet though, will do that when I get back the end of the month.

BTW. That is an August pict from last summer.

It worked but you really need to click on the photo as the thumbnail is very blurry.

That looks very good. I love taking photos. The only problem is remembering that my iPhone is also the camera. I'd love an iPhone 4 to get a better resolution but hey!

It's pouring down with rain at the moment and we just had a loud clap of thunder and lightning.

Just used the forum links, Hayles. I envy you being out in the country. I would love to have more land to have a nice big veg. Garden. We have 3 gorgeous apple trees, blueberry bushes and 2 big gooseberry bushes in the garden. All my herbs, strawberries are in pots and planters near the kitchen.
