Why the google Earth app is not avialable for downloading from Apps Store for those of us subscribed from the Dominican Republic. Google Earth app is free, universal and I'm not using a jailbracked Ipad 2; iOS 5.? Every other app I'd donwloaded with no problem at all (some 165 apps both free and/or paid).

You'd have to ask Google about that. They are the ones that decide what countries to sell their apps in. It could be an issue with local laws or regulations.
