Google maps for ipad2 and ios6 is not found on appstore..

My ipad2 was running in ios5.

I upgraded the os to iOs6 now.

The google maps that was in the ios5 has gone missing in that place apple maps has come.

So I went to appstore and searched google maps..but I couldn't find.

Please see the following image...



But I could find for iPhone *** iOs6

Plz see the following image...



Any help is appreciated...

Download the iPhone version onto your iPad, it works on iPads as well as iPhones. Google has announced an iPad specific version of their maps app for release after this year.

It seems that after refusing to bring turn by turn to iOS devices in the past to help differentiate between Android and iOS, Google has indeed brought the love to the iPad, just in a paid ($1.99) version

I recommend reading the reviews before parting with currency
