Great Little War Game

It is something we could add in the future update.

In the meantime, get that artilery piece up on the little hill there and don't spare the ammo. Once you run out, you can refill it at the supply shed that's between it and your start position. (You'll need to engineer it over to your side first)

Hrmn.... any more tips? I've been trying over and over for another hour. No matter what there is an endless stream of attack units and I have no way to defend. It's too congested to place enough units. Not enough time to get any engineers anywhere to secure the necessary oil rigs. Ugh. Anyone have a walkthrough video? Frustrates me when one thing in a game is so difficult..

This is a great game. I sure can't figure out how to successfully beat mission 4 though... "Black Gold." Hmm.

I grabbed the two center oil rigs early. I left the top and bottom one alone for now.
Then I used the arty to protect the center. The supply truck keeps its ammo loaded.
I slowly added snipers until I had the center safely secured
Then I took the bottom oil rigs, then gradually took everything.

Took me two attempts.
Always keep the snipers out of reach, click on the enemy units to see how far they can go+fire next round, and keep the snipers one hex away from that.

Any advice on "A Sticky Situation" (the one where you start without any oil rigs)? I've tried a few different strategies, but I can't get an edge in rigs before I'm overwhelmed by the AI's higher production.

Also, Paul, perhaps instead of a level skip option, there could be a "cheat" that made a level easier in exchange for getting a "medal" worse than a bronze. Maybe extra money in exchange for a rusty medal or something?

There's a new 15 mission campaign coming out next weekend, (when Apple release it).

We are talking about sequels yes. Suggestions welcome but please skip the obvious - some form of multiplayer and fog of war are already items 1) and 2) :)

Lol, you must get sick of it, alongside map makers as well? I had a few ideas, wether they would work or not I'll let you be the judge. I'll make a post for it soon.

Not to be a brown nose but I think it's great you stay in touch with the community and keep rolling out kickass updates, there's a good reason why I love this game so much, keep up the good work ;)

Thanks Casino, we do try.

Not sick of it yet. Devs do tend to get tired of working on the same old thing day in day out, but in rare cases when you get to work on the game you really want to make, it never gets old. :)

First of all, you start with two oil rigs.

send engineers ASAP along the passage on each edge. It's a race. The key is to grab those rigs on the edge and then block the AI's passages. With the edges blocked, the AI will focus on the center.
Hold the center with arty, MLS and snipers.

After a while you outproduce the AI and swarm it.

Repair Bays

Once you run out, you can refill it at the supply shed that's between it and your start position. (You'll need to engineer it over to your side first)

Am I missing something? I can never get the repair bays to function. I engineer them so they are blue, but no matter where I place my units they get no ammo re-ups or re-healthification. Does this only work for vehicles?
(haven't let it stop me, almost through the first campaign after 2 days. Good game ;))
