Also, the in-app guides are good.

But yes, if i have a problem, which no one else can solve, and if i can find them, i contact the devs. And they've always answered me personally and promptly in the past.

I am a new user to iPad and Office2 HD. Please excuse my dumb question. Is there a simple Undo and Redo function to help when
modiying Word or Excel documents.

Not really. There usually isnt in office softwares afaik. You just use the delete or backspace button then retype
