Guys I really need help with my Bluetooth

Sooo I have a iPad 2 and a iPhone 4
And I got the FIFA 12 game and you can use your iPhone as a controller over Bluetooth.
But when I try to connect both if them together, they are both searching but there not connecting or even finding it
I tried resetting it with the home and power button hold
And I called apple support but they are trying to charge me 50 dollars just to help me on 1little problem
Help please???!!!!!

I had it on an absolute different app that I had to disable WiFi - shooting into the blue but might be worth a try...

Yeah I have downloaded it
It's just my bluetooth stuff

Have you ever had either your iPad or iPhone paired with something else? You would need to unpair them first and then start the process again. Try closing the apps completely then relaunch them. From the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it, now press the home button to return to your screen. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly.
