Had hiddensettings7 and lost it!

iPad 3, 7.0.4. Had JB'd and installed hiddensettings7 and it was working and I was making some tweaks. Don't know what happened but I lost hiddensettings7. No longer shows when pull up control center.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled hiddensettings7 to no avail. Anyone has suggestions?

Reinstall MobileSubstrate. Substrate Safe Mode failed to kick in since it hasn't been updated to do so on iOS 7.
