Hayday Facebook connection question

Hi Guys,

I have been playing Hayday for the last 3 days on my wife's iPad and am already at level 13 (an acheivement I am quiet pleased with!!)
Susan has now picked up her iphone and started a new farm.
We are both able to happily cultivate our land simultaneously offline but are worred that if we go online to connect with facebook friends, that also play then one of our farms will dissappear forever ( Her ipad is linked to her facebook account and my hotmail account)

Is there a way we can both continue to play on and off line without sacrificing either farm?
