I just bought my new iPad though bestbuy today. I called about the open box model they had on the app. The guy took my info down and held me a white 16gb just like I wanted (more like... Could afford lol) that was open box. I paid 410 after a discount and the open box deal. Mine was I'm original packaging minus a screen shield (if apple uses those). Otherwise it still had the original plastic wrap on the cable and the manual was still sealed... Very happy and very pleased with bestbuy... They saved me a bundle.
Some about me: I'm 23 years old have a beautiful wife of 2years and a baby boy well on the way. I live in Lakeland Florida and work for Geico Insurance. I'm a diehard android lover. I bought a Droid1 back in January 2010. I never much cared for iOS. Some friends had iPhones and I hated the interface and way things worked. I have since had a large number of android devices but the tablets just weren't doing it for me. I had 2 tablets and a Nook Color running android 4.0 and was disappointed in the way scaling was managed and the overall third party UI was lackluster.
I was enticed by the screen. I'm a sucker for quality screens.. I have a Galaxy Nexus and nothing tops that screen right now either. So now I'm running a new iPad. I'm still getting used to it. The lack of a back button kinda sucks. But o well... I also love the camera I don't think I'll ever switch to the iPhone, I still think highend android devices set the bar there, but for Tablets, nothing beats the iPad
