Hello, I am New IPad2 Owner and Overwhelmed

When I registered, the note asked me to submit a post here - so here I am. Thought I would join here and look around to see what I could find out about my new toy.

My wife purchased an IPad2 for me for my birthday. Big surprise for me....REALLY unexpected!!!! Don't know where to go from here.

I do not have any other Mac stuff - all PC. This will be interesting. I am sure I will have questions. And so it goes I guess------------I don't really know what I have yet.
