I am new to the smartphone/ tablet world and so far am doing OK. Just a couple of questions & I don't know if I should ask them here but can't seem to find an answer... Re: shuffling music on the iPad.... My shuffle button will not turn on - blue. I have genius turned on but sometimes just like to listen to random music. The Internet refers to the iPod app to control the shuffle but I cannot find the app in iTunes. Any suggestions on how to shuffle w/o genius? Looking forward to helping when I can and hope to learn how to use my new iPad to the fullest!
